Mind
Transfer is a medical procedure, which involves the physical
transfer of one human mind to another.
By relocating ones mind to a new and healthy, responsive
outer shell, the aged or inadequately functioning human body is
replaced.
The new healthy body allows for the preservation of the
identity while also expanding ones lifespan.
If we were to look at the human body as a vehicle for ones
identity, we see the topic in another light.
Like any automobile, appliance or tool, the human body
too wears out over time.
As a car owner, would you be willing to go on operating
your vehicle if it were damaged, fatally? After repairing the
vehicle over and over again, it would be in the driver’s best
interest to purchase a new, healthier, car. This metaphor can be
used when speaking about the human body as well.
Whereas the individual’s identity serves as the owner,
the current body is the vehicle.
When damaged, it can be repaired but only to some extent.
Instead of giving up, there is now a way to move that
identity into a new vehicle.
The
human mind’s development is somewhat detached from the
development of the human body. In fact, it is rather irrelevant.
One’s consciousness and awareness, and the foundations
of the person’s identity have nothing to do with brown hair,
blue eyes, being fat or skinny. Every sound minded individual is
aware of their body on a purely animalistic level of their
reactions to the surroundings. Every red-blooded species on
Earth, including humans, possess the abilities to see, hear,
smell, and touch; however, the levels of sensory stimulation
differ. Mind Transfer makes us able to preserve the uniqueness
of the human brain which allows us to interpret the world we
live in, modify it using human creativity, and to communicate.

Where the human identity can be located?
The
human brain seems to be the sole organ responsible for
maintaining the human identity.
No scientific proof exists that states otherwise.
Theories have suggested this as well.
Due to the outcome of secondary research, there is the
suggestion that the development of an individual’s awareness
and overall identity is attributed to the storing of information
by the brain’s memory cells and to the use of this information
in daily interactions. There is no scientific proof to show where exactly the
information is stored; however, extensive scientific research
could put this question to rest.
We remain unsure whether or not the whole human brain
participates in developing and sustaining of information. While
scientific research is the answer to our uncertainties, no
scientific research can be performed without funding.
